CPCS Test Booking Procedure

If you have contacted us for a quote and want to go ahead with testing then we will need the following...

Preferred dates

We cannot promise that we can provide the tests on specific dates, but will do our best to meet your needs.

Candidate details

We require all details listed below for each candidate, these allow us to confirm that the candidate is eligible for testing and are needed to notify CPCS that the tests are taking place.

Full name
Registration number
Date of Birth
CPCS Test Categories needed

It is also helpful if you can supply National Insurance numbers for the candidates to speed up the card application process.

Joining Instructions

Once we have received all this information and confirmed that the candidates are eligible for testing and CPCS has been notified of the tests, Joining instructions will be sent to you as confirmation of the booking, either by email or post. This will contain everything that the candidate will need to know about the testing, and also the theory questions and practical test specification for them to study.

If joining instructions have been sent and the testing is then cancelled, a cancellation fee will be incurred. This is due to CPCS charging a non-refundable fee for tests that have been notified.

On Successful Completion

After the tests have been completed and if the candidate is successful, we will send out card applications for the candidates. These are then returned to us in order to confirm that everything is correct and then sent out to the specific company or individual.
